Dietary requirements to ensure that you are not fed something which could cause an allergic reaction or be unpleasant for a variety of reasons.

The phone number of an emergency contact also known as a next of kin should any serious incident take place during an event you are attending.

What do we do with it?
We require this information to understand who is attending, your needs and to provide you with a better service.
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless required by law. You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please email contact@carcosadreams.com . If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email us as soon as possible. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
Security
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Devices and online resources which hold data are password protected and periodically deleted when it is no longer relevant to upcoming events (within 6 months).

Photo policy
There will be third party photographers present and occasionally video recording during Carcosa Dreams events.
By attending Carcosa Dreams events you accept that you may be photographed or recorded and that these images and recordings may be used in promotional materials and for commercial purposes.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded please speak to the photographers present at the event. We will ensure that the photographers agree to do their best to avoid pointing cameras at you.
You have the right to withdraw consent at any time for your image to be used; this means that even though you were okay with a photograph at the event, if you change your mind about it in the future you can ask to have it deleted. We will remove it from our own servers and archives and then provide you with contact details for the photographer in question.
